RBTI has a process in place to submit your request(s) and then a method of tracking your request(s). http://www.rbase.com/rdcc On the other hand, if there is no status assigned to your specific request(s), TTBOMK, that means that it simply might be cosmetic stuff (for the end user it may be considered as a bug) and no one else has submitted it.
