Bernie,
Fonts are specific to operating systems and the installed software.
The Glorious R:BASE 2000 (ver 6.5++) , Build:1.851xRT03 for Windows
has nothing to do with StoryBook font.
As a developer when you are working with two different environments,
I always suggest to use the most common fonts. That way, you'll never
be surprised when installing/running the same R:BASE application on
a client workstation.
In a situation like yours, here's what you have to do:
01. Use the most commonly used fonts
02. Find Similar Fonts.
To find similar fonts:
Open Fonts in Control Panel.
On the View menu, click List Fonts By Similarity.
In List fonts by similarity to, click the font you want to compare
with the others on your computer.
Notes:
To open a Control Panel item, click Start, point to Settings, click
Control Panel, and then double-click the appropriate icon.
Panose font mapping information is stored with the font to describe
its characteristics (such as serif or sans serif, normal, bold, or italic).
If no Panose information is available, the font appears at the bottom
of the list, and it does not appear in List fonts by similarity to.
Hope that helps!
Have Fun!
Very Best Regards,
Razzak.

My cusomer has a logo that prints on their purchase order.
That logo is the STORYBOOK font.
I programmed it in using my computer, but when I went to the customer,
it didn't come out the same. So I looked at their fonts in reports and there
was no Storybook font.
Naturally, I did show version and their build is the same as mine. Their
R:base was loaded from a different CD than mine.
Any clues -- how can I transfer this font from my computer to their's?
