Under Win 2000 it's a bit different:

1) My Computer
2) Tools
3) Folder Options
4) File Types

BAT and CMD extensions are typically not assigned to anything.
Under the Windows O/S's they default to COMMAND.COM and
CMD.EXE but this is not explicit so it doesn't show up in 
registered file type assignments.
