Steve,

Yes! You can automate that entire task by using R:Mail!

R:Mail for R:BASE 2000 is a totally new innovation to make the
chore of sending E-mail messages with attachments from a
COMPLETELY system that is FULLY integrated with R:BASE
2000 for Windows. It is a Plug-In component for the R:BASE
2000 series of Windows products that allows the R:BASE
developer to create a custom application to send messages,
via E-mail, directly to the SMTP mail server.

R:Mail is a unique tool that is called as a simple UDF function,
but that has many features and settings that allow each machine
to be custom configured.

R:Mail is designed to work with all Windows versions of R:BASE
2000, and is fully WIN32 compatible.

Contact RBTI dedicated sales team at mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]
for more details.

Along with many other "Goodies", R:BASE 2002 Conference CD
also includes R:Mail with full documentation and step-by-step
instructions to automate your task.
