Unload and Reload syntax

I would like to unload and Reload 2 small databases and I seem to have problems with the syntax. I use Rbase 6.5 ++ for Windows with both online patches. My O/S is WinXP Pro on a single box. An example would be appreciated, since I�m a novice. Thanks in advance, Herb
