Well, since I can't brag about new babies being born I thought I would brag about my hobby.
My sig. other (Todd Gross) and I just got back from Virginia for the first truck pull of the year. We did so well at both events that we find ourselves tied for first place in national points! This is big news for us and very unexpected. This is the first year we moved up in ranks from the 'middle tier' level of competition to the big cahoona. A cable channel was there filming the whole thing and Todd got interviewed so I hope to see us on TV sometime. Hopefully they'll also show him jumping out of his truck and running over to me on the sidelines and swinging me around in the air! For those people uninitiated, we have a Dodge Ram 4WD pickup truck, with a 634 cubic inch motor, 1150 HP (totally not-street-legal). You pull 45,000 pounds across a 300 foot track. Longest distance wins. Next stop: Tomah, Wisconsin for any of you up there. Alot of events coming up in Ohio. Hey Razzak: Got an RBTI decal? Be happy to put it on our truck!
