Using R:BASE for Windows v6.5++(1.842xRT03)

About a month ago I asked for help printing labels in landscape mode to a
thermal printer. With your help, I was able to do it using the PRNSETUP
LANDSCAPE option. Damon Kaufman was kind enough to share some code to help
me print multiple labels from R:BASE to the thermal printer. I did this on
a colleague's computer which was connected locally to the printer. Now that
colleague has taken another job, so I moved the printer to my computer but I
cannot reproduce the landscape labels! We are working with the same version
of R:BASE, same printer driver and the same operating system. She has
deleted the software from her computer, so I can't go back to compare our
settings directly.

Everything still works fine in portrait mode, but when I switch to landscape
mode I get blank labels. Now it doesn't matter whether I print from my
program, RUN from the labels tab or LBLPRINT from the R:>, I only get blank
labels in landscape. I've tried every combination of label set to
landscape/portrait and printer set to landscape/portrait with no success.
It WAS working and now it is not. I can't figure out what is different.
Damon suggested a possible corrupt printer driver, but re-installation does
not help. He also suggested getting a print driver from the Seagull
website, but they do not provide a driver for my particular printer (Brady
TLS PC Link).

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Cheryl
