Affirmative to all these.

While I'm on to my next problem, hopefully one I can solve, it appears that
Buddy and Richard were on the right trail. I copied the file
"DE_QUESTION_PROCESS.CMD" to "DE_Q_PROC.CMD" and it opened/executed as
called - of course, I changed the name in the caller, as well. Notice, too,
that it is not an 8-dot-3 convention ; the name-component has 9 characters.

However, this still seems wierd, as I'm just certain that I had called this
same module in the past, on both WIN98 and WIN2K w/o incident.

I'll keep y'all updated if I find anything else here that may be
useful||enlightening, even if it ain't transcendent!

Thanks all,
Steve in Memphis
