Rstyle your code.  It will find most problems with the structure of the
program.  And it makes sure all your files end with RETURN.  This clears up
intermittent misbehaviors that are impossible to track down.

There aren't many caveats...
I always "break" out of while loops (regardless of switch usage)
before continuing on. Same with switch. No quitting, no runs w/o
coming back. Also use switch for multiple truths:

Switch ...
  Case 'A'
  Case 'B'
  Case 'C'
    run ABC.cmd
    Break

  Case  'D'
    run D.cmd
    Break
...
