I'm using R:Base 6.5++ build 1.851. The size of the files in
dbinfo:
nothing on file 1
file 2 = 57507841
file 3 - 864257
file 4 - 450560
In Explorer:
file 1 = 36 KB
file 2 - 56,152
file 3 - 844
file 4 - 460
Is this significant?

are you using r:Base 6.1?
What is the error message?
Check the size of your files dir
*.rb?
against what the dbinfo shows

Subject: Lightning struck!
Well, not literally but my screen went blank as I was launching a
command from the R:> prompt. I had to reboot and now am getting an
"unable to open file number 2" error message. I tried to run autofix
but it says "unable to create error.log". I noticed that error.log
exists (0 file length) but am prevented from deleting
it.
I have R:Scope 6.1 (from Microrim) which reports "1 error in dbinfo
block".
How do I fix this? Thanks for your input.
