Dennis, I think your "Avoidance Principle" is a wise one.  And, having
turned this phrase, please allow me to offer a URL to everyone.  I've
visited it once and found myself ROTFL as well as re-validated in my views
regarding good systems development practices.  It's a somewhat lengthy
treatise entitled, "How To Write Unmaintainable Code" - it'll probably take
several visits before I'm done reading it all.
