Use the SQL CREATE VIEW syntax for aliasing, rather than the 
SELECT syntax that aliases one column at a time:

CREATE VIEW `tvqino` (QINo, QIName) AS  +
    SELECT T1.QINo, +
    T1.QIName FROM QICharter T1 + 
    UNION SELECT (' '+qino), ' ' +
    FROM qicharter +
    WHERE qino = .vQINo
