Yes, it does matter when the database is accessed from R:BASE, even
for RELOAD, PACK or Data Designer!

FYI, R:BASE 2000 (ver 6.5+) for Windows Build:1.839xRT03 was released
on December 29, 2000, over 18 months ago.

There have been hundreds of MAJOR Enhancements and BUG-FIXES
since then.

Take a look at the FIXES and ENHANCEMENTS:

Build:1.851xRT03 is the CURRENT version of R:BASE. Build:1.855xRT03
is the latest beta version and Build:1.856xRT03 will be the upcoming
In-Line Patch-3 for R:BASE 2000 (ver 6.5++).

That's very correct!  There is also going to be the In-Line Patch-1 for
