Hello All -

For a number of years I have been able to get a list of planned area code
changes in a nice, simple ASCII file that gives:

Permissive Dialing Start Date

Permissive Dialing End Date

Old Area code

Exchange

New Area code

My source has apparently dried up. I would appreciate any words of wisdom
from y'all. NANPA doesn't have anything this simplified, and other sources
have great applications that will process the data for me - but I don't want
that - I just want the full ASCII file.

TIA,

Sami
