at NANPA's web site I have been able to "download" their lists of changes by highlighting the chart within the planning letter for each change and then pasting it into word perfect... The formatting often stays in table arrangement and ten from there you can cheat it into other applications, I have not cheated it into to R:Base but shouldn't be to hard.
