Subject: Rename & Copy

I have a 4.5++ program that does a copy and then a rename on a file. I
converted it to 6.5++ (1.851xRT03) and now both the copy and the rename
statement generate errors in both DOS and Windows version. The command
works at the R:> prompt but not in the program or trace.

Copy &scanname &Imgsname

Rename &scanname &Imgsname

&scanname is exactly 50 characters long which include the full path and
filename. &Imgsname is 48 characters long.

Any thoughts???

Thanx
