In addition to Tom Cimicato's excellent solution, you may also want to change the ICA Citrix Hotkeys setting for "Close Remote Application" [Shift][F3] to [Shift][F12] if using Citrix ICA (ver 6.20.986 128-bit SSL). FYI, combination of [Shift][F3] in R:BASE 2000 (ver 6.5++) for Windows is used for "Command Help" when used in RBEditor. Enjoy running, accessing and supporting remote R:BASE applications!
