What is the default Century Threshold Year supposed to be in R:Base
6.5++ Build 1.851xRT03?

Mine shows the "Century Threshold is 30", which seems to be causing
big problems in trying to design a report which is supposed to break
on a date picked up from a table.

My default date format setting is MM/DD/YYYY, and the dates are stored
in the table as 10/06/2002, etc., so that part is right. And the "Default
Century is 19".

But when I pick up the date in a break variable, it consistently comes
out as 12/31/4000!

If the Century Threshold Year = 30 is incorrect, then what is the command
to change it?
