To the
best of my knowledge and after a brief perusal of the 4.5++ manual, I believe
that you can create cascading pop-up menus under the DOS version only. Make sure that you use the “CASCADE”
(right or left) option on the “CHOOSE” following the “CHOOSE” from which you want to cascade. I
really liked this option as it shows the “drill-down” path for an option; I
