Dan,
  Since you have to do this in the Designer.....How about a Label with the
name of the report (this is what I use during beta at customer so they can
tell me the name of the report), also you could set a variable in your
startup of the app that you could set to True or False or some such value
and test in the Report with Ifeq and set your variable field accordingly.
In other words, if the variable was vShowRepName and it was set to true,
then the variable vRepName would show the Name of the Report and if false
would be set to null or blank.
