Bernie,

I haven't tried it, but why not a while loop in a command file, prompt
the user for the partno, edi using the form and as long as a "continue"
condition is met, prompt the user for the next partno?

Claudine :)

Subject: same table lookup not working Win 6.5++

a form based on Parts table.
If I enter a part no. in this form I want the rest of the fields to be
populated with the data in that row.
