G'day Jim,

There are a couple of ways to skin that particular cat...

One is to have a separate folder on the user's local
drive for each app\database, each with its own icon.

The default multi-user installation for BizMan is:

C:\RB (for the R:BASE files)

C:\RB\DB (rbase.dat pointing to the real time database)
C:\RB\PlayTime (for another rbase.dat pointing to a training installation)

This allows the rbase.dat in the first to point to one directory
on the server and the second to point to a different directory.

Each icon points to the rb exe in c:\rb but has as its working
or start in dir as the lower one.

Thus you could have ten apps on the server, each in their own
dir, with each user having a distinct icon for only the apps
to which they each needed access.
