Troy, on a Novell server, how do you determine the exact syntax for the
printserver name and the sharename?

Open the command prompt:
Start, All Prog, Accessories, Command Prompt

Type:
c:>net use lpt1: \\printserver\sharname /persistent:yes

You need the persistent flag so you don't have to do it every time you
start 
the machine.
