Form_Dirty_Flag is only set if either a user changes a COLUMN's value
directly or if a variable is changed which VIA A FORM EXPRESSION changes a
column's value.
COLUMN change is the key.
If you want to trap if a variable has changed my trick is:
An EEP on entry to the variable field, say fIdNum:
SET VAR vSAVEIdNum = .fIdNum
Then the eep that wants to see if things have changed says:
IF fIdNum <> .vSaveIdNum THEN
what to do if there was a change
ENDIF
