I haven't really followed this thread much, but I would check file rights, 
specifically Read, Write, Modify, and Delete rights in the directory file 
rights. Seems obvious, but after the install, if the template for Netware 
isn't set to the proper rights, it can drive you nuts, and you can't find it 
without some serious looking.
