Thank you, Razzak, that's exactly what I thought but I needed to be sure.

I think I now know what's happening in my case and your confirmation that
there is no change in those commands just helps to re-assure me that I'm
working on the right lines.

As soon as I can reliably put the effect into a clear statement I'll report
back to you and the list.

As far as Tom's problem is concerned my variation may or may not be similar
to his but, if nothing else, I might be able to exclude the same effect from
his search for an answer.
