I use a great little utility for searching all kinds
of data. PC DataFinder by Silver Lake Technologies.
Works with over 30 file formats including HTML. This
program indexes EVERY word of every document you
decide (you can do your whole hard drive if you wish)
and you can perform boolean searches of strings. This
thing is LIGHTNING FAST. What it does is bring up all
the files with that word (or string) in it. You can
then click on the file (or document) and it launches
whatever program will read the file. Way cool, and
incredibly useful.
