Thanks Bernie
The problem lies elsewhere I am sure
I can add I hate the day when RBTI (who I love and who are my rising
sun) also forbids me to use set pointer and forces me to use declare
cursor

Subject: EXISTS/FAILS (was LINEEND)

Albert -

I have had no trouble whatsoever with EXISTS/FAILS. Those
keywords
are all over several large legacy systems I've upgraded to 6.5++. Why
do
you think this would cause Gunnar's problems? As far as I know they are
still supported altho not recommended.
