Oh boy!

Susan,

Looks like you have installed the wrong patch!

Build 1.833xRT03 was the last patch for 6.5 and 6.5+ (now history).

Currently available FREE Patch-2 for 6.5++ users is Build:1.851xRT03.

In-Line Patch-3 (Private Beta) for 6.5++ is Build:1.860xRT03 or
1.861xRT03.

Upcoming FREE In-Line Path-3 for 6.5++ users will be Build:1.862xRT03,
to be released shortly.

As a 6.5++ registered user, you can update your version promptly :

http://www.rbase.com/65ppupdates

That should bring you up-to-date with Build:1.851xRT03.

Hope that helps!

Very Best Regards,

Razzak.
