In connecting to the database (I am trying to convert from dos to win and at the same time changing " to ' * to % etc.) I get the above error. What could be causng it?
There is no rbase.cfg file in this folder nor is there any in the path. dir *.cfg shows no file found. if I do SET then Save, it asks if I want to overwrite the file. The path it shows to do this in, is the folder that the database resides in. So I cancel, do dir *.cfg and again get no file found. What's going on? Also what is the correct setting for lineend? [Alt][What?] the default comes up with a U and 2 dots above it.
