I've noticed that ZIP COMMAND /C [batch file] apparently does not work in
the windows R:Base. In the DOS version of R:Base, I'd output a dos command
with parameters to a .bat file and run the .bat file with an R:base ZIP
command. Any workarounds?

I confirm that this DO WORKS in every RBW versions since 6.1a with all
windows version since W95.
Your issue may come from DOS command interpreter : not found in the path,
or have a different name (CMD ...).
