New topic in Games: Is This Forum Functional?

I also see most others get no replies to their questions too. I realize no one is obligated to post a reply and answers provided are not necessarily correct or appropriate, but what gives? I came to this forum to seek help, which should be everyones first option. I now find that this forum is of no help at all. What gives??? Is this just another sign of RB being in the dumper?
