Posts: 65 I created some background images with Photoshop to be
used as 3D coloured backgrounds for some bevel buttons (with lighting and
shading effects etc.).

I can precisely center them to the button, but then I am unable to get rid of
the button border and there are always 2 pixels of white empty space per edge.
This is very annoying because I am not in control of the final graphic result.
Should I use a canvas instead of a bevel button? Any downsides?

Any workaround to avoid that is appreciated... I'm on OS X.

Regards,
