It's a business application so a number of sales are multiple licenses. What happens if the software is installed on something like Windows Remote Desktop or Citrix etc and a number of people are using the software at the same time. Does my application 'see' the registery entry in the server or does each 'thin client' have its own virtual registry ? >From speaking with users of my software it appears that if the software is >fully licensed on the server then any number of other users can connect using >Citrix (or things like that) and use the software remotely without buying >their own license. I currently call the windows function GetSystemMetrics( ) so can detect when that is happening but I don't actually know what do do about it. Any ideas ?
