Location: Germany, Munich              I have made a custom button, but can't 
figure out how to draw it in disabled state (for cases where .Enabled=false or 
when the window is not active).

I guess that RB provides no function for this, right?
There is probably a OS function for this - does someone have a solution that 
works on all platforms?

Otherwise - how do I do this on Mac OS X, that's where I currently need it only.

(Note: I am not a fan of pre-calculating two pictures and then show one or the 
other - that wouldn't be themes-savvy)
