I am currently working on a home monitoring project which is for a client who is building a second home in the USA. I am hoping to assemble and test in the UK as much as possible, before shipping out and instructing the on-site installation contractors. The site is due to have an ADSL2 service provisioned but no one has been able to tell me how it will be physically and logically presented. So can anyone tell me, how is ADSL2 provisioned in the USA? I am guessing; 1. Physically, an RJ45 Ethernet socket that can be patched into a router. 2. Logically, PPPOE with a single IP. But I am guessing. Any clarification will be gratefully received. Feel free to ask any questions you need to. _________________ Yes it's me in the avatar Top Display posts from previous: All posts1 day7 days2 weeks1 month3 months6 months1 year Sort by AuthorPost timeSubject AscendingDescending Page 1 of 1 [ 1 post ] -- Over 1500 classes with 29000 functions in one REALbasic plug-in collection.
