Posts: 8 Hi can someone help me I am trying to get the Mac Address
of the Ethernet adapter on an iMac does anyone know the code for this? I would
like to use an API for this I read on the Apple Developer network that I might
need to read it from the registry. I have no idea how to do this any help would
be great.

Thanks,

Cameron

Posts: 612 I thought ioreg would show it. But it doesn't have a
MAC address. It looks like the NetworkInterface Module that DaveS mentioned
has a MACAddress property. He's quite knowledgeable, huh?
