Posts: 243              Does anyone have the same experience ?
I needed to create a small picture and use it as a canvas backdrop. The 
background colour of this picture has to match exactly the default  grey 
background colour of my application. Using a Colourpicker I found this colour 
to be RGB(212,208,200). I filled the background of my picture with it and saved 
the graphic as a GIF. However, when the program runs the picture shows a 
darker, even blue-ish colour.
I just couldn't get it's colour to match, until I saved it as a JPG. Now the 
colour matches perfectly.
What I would like to know is, if this colour difference is being caused by my 
graphics card or that RB renders GIF and JPG colours in a different way.
