Location: Saratoga Springs, NY area Hi,

I am continuing to work on a SMTP/PoP3 Mailer using the example that ships with
RB. I've added secure sockets to accommodate for SSL, like Gmail.

One problem is that if a received message is formatted as HTML instead of plain
text, the text field displays all of the HTML formatting along with the message
text. I've also tried using the HTML viewer, but while the message does display
as HTML, given the small viewer size (to fit in the window) plus failure of
images to display, its not a useful view. In any event, I would prefer to use
just plain text. But if the message starts as HTML, even in the text field, all
of the HTML tags, etc. show.

Is there any way (beginner skill level) to convert HTML formatted text to plain
text and eliminate all of the HTML tags, etc.?

Kind Regards,
