Posts: 11 Hi everyone, I started coding in RB when I was around
11 or 12 and wrote some fairly simple software for a few years until I was
around 15 then took 6 years off and have gone back to it in the last couple
years. Back when I was using it, I remember hearing that there was no real way
to connect with most USB devices since USB didnt have a standard means of
communication like serial. Since technology changes all the time and Ive never
done any sort of hardware communication in RB i have a few questions...

1-Is this still the case with USB?

2-How do I know if I can talk to a device with RB?

3-If there is no way to do it directly via RB, has anyone wrote plugins in C++
etc to allow this to occur (whether it be a general usb plugin or just one for
a specific device?)
