I know there are plug ins for this but I would like to try and create something useful for myself. I can create a balloon popup image and place it in a canvas and paint it anytime I want. But how do I attach it to my TrayItem. In other words, how do I tell the picture to be drawn directly above my TrayItem. Especially in Windows 7 where my TrayItem might be hidden away? I would be happy if I could just display a new window above the system tray on the bottom right corner of the desktop. How would I do that dynamically? Meaning how could I code the position for a small window that would always display above the system tray on the bottom right corner of the desktop in any resolution?
