I use Ubuntu 10.10 64 bit in the actual version. RB is REALStudio2010r4.deb The installation was realised with: sudo dpkg -i --force-architecture REALStudio2010r4.deb It works fine. After the installation there are a lot of problems: I need help, but there is absolutely no help, tutorial, language reference, etc.. There is nothing! Only a blank window and an error message (send, ignore, later). The files are in the folder and avaliable. If i start RB via terminal, that appears: ---------------- [RB] Unable to create all-user preferences file (13) [RB] Unable to load plugin RBGameInput.rbx [RB] Unable to load plugin RBQT.rbx [RB] Unable to load plugin Oracle Plugin.rbx [RB] Unable to load plugin ODBC Plugin.rbx Loading Office classes ... Loading dependencies ... /usr/lib/gio/modules/libgvfsdbus.so: wrong ELF class: ELFCLASS64 Failed to load module: /usr/lib/gio/modules/libgvfsdbus.so Initialize online help ... Done initializing online help ... ---------- All the files are there. The rights are ok (i have tried all). sudo getlibs /opt/REALSoftware/REALStudio2010r4/REALStudio2010 This application isn't missing any dependencies RB works very slow (app. 1 sec. per click on an object or button). RB works wrong: Dim b as single b=3.6 label9.text = cstr(b) The result for b is allways 3 What is wrong, who can help?
