When I run the app from IDE, Safari launches but nothing happens. Normally when you debug, the URL is http://127.0.0.1:8080/WebPage1 but now when I debug it tries http://127.0.0.1:8080/...(No WebPage1) If I enter /WebPage1 manually, the 404 Page Not Found error appears. Computer restart, try other browser, different port doesn't solve it.
