I managed to download and install the software with no problems on my desktop last night. Since then i have found out i need the software on my laptop so i can work on it in my actual class. The problem is however that when i install and click the trial option i get and error saying: "A trial edition key could not be requested online. Please call customer service at 866-825-2114 to obtain a trial edition key" I am definitley connected to the internet since i downloaded the software and am using the internet right now. I can not call the number because i live in Australia. I tried doing this both at Uni and at home and get the samer error. The only thing i can think of is that the software looks at my IP and sees that this IP has already installed a copy and same goes for at Uni (since another student may have already installed it). I really hope there is a way i can get the trial software on my laptop.
