I've been running an RB-generated console app on a hosted server for 4 years -- it's a registration key generator and it has been rock-solid. Never a hiccup. Two days ago it started throwing a 500 Internal Server Error. I have not touched the app in 4 years and have not messed with that server/account for probably 2-3 months. Haven't uploaded any files, haven't done anything with the cPanel, etc. Just out of the blue, the app stops working. Tech support is being extremely unhelpful, telling me to check my .htaccess file, etc. Meanwhile, people who buy my products aren't given their registration key until I see a sale and madly send them one. What could the host have done on their side that would cause the RB console app to stop working? I'd like to point tech support in a direction that might get some answers. Any thoughts?
