Posts: 83 I'm developing on a Mac. On my Mac the text looks
similar size as I would expect based on the Window Editor. But on a Windows
machine the text is much bigger.

It's to the point where my multiline label only shows three paragraphs when it
should show four. Having a scrollbar is not an option. I wish there was a way
for a label to resize itself to fit text, or for text to resize itself to fit a
label.

How do I fix this label? (And I need it done in hopefully within an hour for a
client.)

Posts: 109 The Windows and Mac uses different Default Fonts and
thus the difference in sizes and font type.

I would think the best option is under the Property List, what you can do is
hardcode the TextFont, TextSize and TextUnit option for the Canvas so that they
would use the same font properties between the platforms. Make sure you use a
Font type which is common between the two platform so you do not need to
distribute any font files with your app.

Posts: 2304 Depends on if it "has to be" a label. Sounds like
(because it's a couple paragraphs long) you might be better off using a
read-only TextArea, then it does auto-scroll when needed. Otherwise you might
be looking at a canvas and drawing the text yourself to use a scrollbar.
