I ask because I have a problem, that not all my many windows will change cursor when I try to change it application wide. For example: A new project with 3 windows: App.Open:Code: Window2.show Window3.Show App.MouseCursor=System.Cursors.HandOpen This Works in Windows, but in Linux only the first window that the mouse enters gets the HandOpen. Another example with the same result: instead of setting in App.Open, I set in each Window.MouseEnter: Code:self.MouseCursor=System.Cursors.HandOpen As a third example -however this gives the desired result-, in each Window.MouseDown: Code:self.MouseCursor=System.Cursors.HandOpen I develop with RB2011r1 under XP but my target is (Gentoo) Linux. You should probably create a small example project and submit it with relevant OS details via Feedback. _________________ Bob K. 30+ hours of Real Studio Video Training (including over 6 hours of Web Edition) at http://www.bkeeney.com/ Real Studio Consulting http://www.bkeeney.com/consulting/real-studio-consulting BKeeney Briefs Blog For Real Studio Developers http://www.bkeeneybriefs.com/ Top Lennart Post subject: Re: Is MouseCursor supposed to work in Linux?Posted: Tue Mar 29, 2011 4:12 am Joined: Sat Apr 29, 2006 10:13 am Posts: 227 Location: Sweden I just submitted a bug report 16511 "Linux: Change MouseCursor works only in one window."
