Posts: 49 I am running win XP machine and the English version of
rb 2011 r3, and I can not import projects from rb 2011 r2 and when i select
desktop (new) app, the program returns to outofboundsexception dialog and
crashes. In the program task manager, there are two realbasics. I do not know
if that is helpful. Anyway, for some reason I can NOT run rb 2011 r3.

Bugs me...

Posts: 49 I uninstalled R3, and installed R3 multilingual. Same
problem, crashes after selecting a new project, does not let me enter into the
IDE. Displays the dialog "An Exception of an Outofbounds exception"

Do I need to report this? How?
