I tried to stop them but couldn't find where. In the process, I screwed up my account and email info and had to create a new account. To stop receiving them, log into Feedback, go to that case (the e-mails contain a link to do that for you) and press the small speech bubble icon at the bottom of the window. If the icon is filled in, you will receive updates. If it is an outline, you will not receive updates. Had no idea how to use this "Feedback" screen as I'd never been into it before.
