The issue I could not overcome was getting the game working between two players randomly located in the world. I started to create my own game server but my web service provider doesn't allow game servers. Now Apple is bringing the Game Center to the next release of the Mac OS X. It looks like the way to go in the future for enabling remote multi player games.
